The human foot is one of the most complex and neglected parts of the body. Each step we take places two and a half times our body weight on the 26 bones that make up each foot. It has been estimated that we walk 3 times around the planet within our lifetimes.  However, the foot is highly sensitive and needs looking after to retain optimum health.

Why use a Foot Health Practitioner?  There are many reasons why the services of a foot health professional may be sought. Conditions such as fungal nails, athlete’s foot, corns, callus, hard skin, ingrowing toe nails can easily be treated. Many of my patients have mobility problems and can no longer care for their own feet. I can therefore help with routine nail cutting, trimming or filing, and of course callus reduction. Foot care maintenance can also be performed to keep your feet in tip top condition.

Hygiene is paramount – you can be assured that all instruments are thoroughly sterilised by autoclave and kept sterile during transportation to the next patient.
